Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location, next to Plazanaya, loved this place. Extra care from the superfriendly and very friendly staff. A nice size and airy hotel room with a comfortable bed and private bathroom.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was stylish and beautiful, it had fantastic location really close to the historical centre, La Floresta, Quito, and restaurants and bars.

Newer rooms have small kitchens and good bathrooms. Staff is great. Location is safe and close to old town.

The room at Hotel + Arte was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower and small kitchen. The location is close to a vibrant nightlife area and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Despite a few drawbacks such as a creepy entrance and a less-than-ideal neighborhood, the cost-benefit of staying at Hotel + Arte was good. I would recommend this hotel for its value and amenities.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was wonderful and close enough to bars, the historical centre and La Floresta, Quito. Comfortable bed, big bathroom and cable channels, a microwave oven and a fridge in the room.

I really liked my recent stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist me with anything I needed. The hotel was kept very clean, and my room was very comfortable. I also loved the location of the hotel as it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe, and I was never concerned about my safety. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Laundry facilities and shower need improvement.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to all the shops, bars and restaurants of La Floresta or Foch. The rooms are comfortable, with huge beds and nice bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, always willing to provide recommendations.

The communal spaces are closed at night, which can be inconvenient for groups of friends trying to socialize.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was amazing! The beds were huge and super comfortable, making our stay even more cozy. The location was perfect, close to many great restaurants and bars, and easy to access with the 24/7 front door. We also loved the fact that we could prepare our own breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen and make ourselves at home.

There were some downsides to our stay. First, it can get really cold in the rooms and there were no space heaters available, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we asked for. The location was perfect, as we were close to everything in La Floresta and Foch. Everything was very clean, from the common areas to our room, which was big and comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised with the hotel facilities, especially the 24/7 access to the front door with a key fob.

Everything was spot on.
